What do the top stats cards represent?
How are "Top Products" ranked?

Products are ranked by total try-on requests, showing short-term versus long-term popularity.

Catalog

How do I enable Virtual Try-On for a product?

Go to Catalog, find your product, and click Enable. Once enabled, the Try-On button appears on your storefront.

My product isn’t showing in search

Ensure the product is Active in Shopify Admin and click Refresh in the Catalog tab.

How do I create a garment-only image?
  1. Open the product in Shopify Admin
  2. Select image → click Generate (magic wand)
  3. Prompt: Remove model from the image and give only the garment image as output
  4. Trim to garment edges
  5. Save as a new image ending with _aatryon

Try-On Requests

What information is stored?

Logs date, customer, product, and generated image for every try-on attempt.

Can I delete request history?

Yes. Select rows and click Delete to remove records and images.

Billing & Subscription

How does the capped amount work?

The cap limits overage charges. If reached, Try-On pauses until the cap is increased or the next billing cycle.

What does "Frozen" status mean?

A payment issue or cancellation occurred. Re-approve the charge in Shopify to reactivate.
